How to Start a Return or Claim

1Email us at BravaPaw@pm.me with your order number and a brief description of the issue. For defect claims, a photo or short video is helpful but not required.

2We respond within one business day to confirm your return or replacement and provide a prepaid return label if applicable.

3Ship the item back using the label we provide. Once received, refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days to your original payment method.
For defect replacements under the 5-Year Promise, you do not need to return the original item in most cases. We will confirm this during your claim.
What Is Not Covered
Our guarantees are designed to protect you against product failures and dissatisfaction, not against misuse or intentional damage. The following are not eligible for refund or replacement under either guarantee.
- ✕ Damage caused by intentional misuse, abuse, or modification of the product
- ✕ Normal wear and tear from extended daily use beyond five years
- ✕ Damage caused by improper installation outside of the provided instructions
- ✕ Items returned after 30 days that do not have a documented manufacturing defect
- ✕ Cosmetic damage that does not affect the product's function or structural integrity
